Free and open to the public.  Skiers of all abilities and ages are welcome.  Teams are also welcome, but should call ahead.

 

Sign-up opens at 3:45 p.m.  Starting time is 4:00 p.m.  Races are time trial format and distances approximately 5k.  There will be a random drawing at each race with prize donated by the Mountain Sports & Bike Shop.

 

A point system will be used to determine the race series overall winners in the Male and Female Open and Male and Female Junior categories.  End of Season Party and Awards Ceremony will be held on March 17 at the Golden Eagle Resort, immediately following the race.  Award prizes donated by Mountain Sports & Bike Shop.

 

If conditions warrant, races will be cancelled by noon on the day of the race.  Contact the x-c ski center for the final word (Mt. Mansfield 253-3688; Trapp 253-5755; Topnotch 253-4531; Edson Hill 253-7371). Volunteers are needed to time the events.  Regular participants are expected to sign up to help with one event.
